Privacy Policy

Polanyi Inc. ("we") operates the RainLetter social media accounts (X, Instagram and Threads) and RSD ("the Service"), the internal tool that publishes posts to those accounts. This policy covers how the Service handles information. The Service is used only on accounts we own, and it has no public sign-up.

Information we handle

• Records of our own posts, and the number of likes, reposts and replies (comments) they receive. The Service does not store the text of replies or the names of their authors.
• Emails sent to us (your email address and message). We keep them for as long as needed to respond to them and manage our records.
• Access tokens for our own accounts, stored encrypted and used only to publish posts and read reactions to them.

This site does not use cookies or analytics tools. Our hosting provider (Google) may keep access logs such as IP addresses.

How we use it

To publish our posts, understand reactions to them, check that the Service is running properly, and respond to inquiries. We do not reply automatically, use this information for advertising, or sell it.

Service providers

We use the following providers to store and process this information on our behalf:

• Google (Google Cloud and Google Drive): storage of records
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365): sending, receiving and storing email
• An external AI service: checking the Service's status. It may read emails sent to us.

These providers may process information outside Japan, including in the United States. Apart from the above, we do not provide this information to third parties unless required by law.

Your requests

To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, to ask us to stop using it, or to make a complaint, email us at the address below. We will respond as required by law. See also the Data Deletion page. We will provide our address, the name of our representative, and details of our security measures on request.

Polanyi株式会社（以下「当社」）は、RainLetter の SNS アカウント（X・Instagram・Threads）と、そのアカウントへ投稿する社内ツール RSD（以下「本サービス」）を運営しています。本ポリシーは、本サービスでの情報の取扱いについて定めます。本サービスは当社が所有するアカウントでのみ使用し、一般の利用登録は行っていません。

取り扱う情報

• 当社の投稿の記録と、投稿へのいいね・リポスト・返信（コメント）の件数。本サービスは、返信の本文と投稿者名を保存しません。
• 当社宛てのお問い合わせメール（メールアドレスと本文）。対応と記録の管理に必要な期間保管します。
• 当社アカウントのアクセストークン（暗号化して保管し、投稿と反応の取得にのみ使用します）

このサイトにクッキーや解析ツールは置いていません。サイトの配信事業者（Google）が、アクセスの記録（IP アドレス等）を保持する場合があります。

利用目的

投稿の配信、投稿への反応の把握、本サービスの運用状況の確認、お問い合わせへの対応に使用します。自動返信、広告への利用、販売は行いません。

外部サービスの利用

情報の保管と処理のため、次の外部サービスを利用しています。

• Google（Google Cloud、Google Drive）：記録の保管
• Microsoft（Microsoft 365）：メールの送受信と保管
• 外部の AI サービス：本サービスの運用状況の確認。お問い合わせメールを読む場合があります。

これらの事業者は、米国など日本国外で情報を取り扱う場合があります。上記のほかは、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。

開示・訂正・削除などのご請求

ご自身の情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご希望の場合や、苦情のお申し出は、下記までメールでご連絡ください。法令に従って対応します。データ削除のページもご覧ください。当社の住所、代表者の氏名、安全管理のために講じている措置は、ご請求があれば遅滞なくお知らせします。
